Colorado HB 1312, a bill that would redefine "coercive control" in child custody cases to include actions such as "deadnaming" and "misgendering," recently passed the House and is headed to the state's Senate.This bill could mean that parents who refer to their child by their biological sex or birth name could be deemed abusive, potentially leading to loss of custody.Thousands of people across Colorado have responded to stop this horrific bill. On April 17, more than 3,500 Christians joined the Colorado State Capitol to pray and urge lawmakers to stop HB 1312.
