She also holds the position of Chief Business Intelligence Officer at Heft IQ in Kansas City. Bio   Kandyss Trancoso's, background in International Business Management at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, has empowered her to mentor numerous Caribbean entrepreneurs. In 2015, with Royalink Ltd, she pioneered the first Tech Incubator for students, launching 15 tech startups that address community challenges in Trinidad & Tobago.With over 15 years of experience leading impactful ventures, especially in Digital Transformation and Financial Inclusion, she stands out as a beacon of entrepreneurial resilience, and is positioned at the forefront of Financial Technology in the Caribbean and US. Currently, Kandyss has expanded her impact with the creation of CARICOMPLY, demonstrating her commitment to technological innovation and compliance in the Caribbean. This platform is a manifestation of her vision to simplify regulatory processes, thus boosting business efficiency, transparency, and the ease of doing business in the region.
