The Foundation

Jesus Christ warned that only a life or a nation built on Him can withstand the storms (Matt. 7:24–27). Built on man instead, it will surely fall. Even Napoleon understood this truth: without fixed religious principles, a nation rests on unstable foundations and descends into chaos, leaving only brute state power to hold it together. Today, Christian foundations are being stripped away and replaced with atheism and humanism, resulting in disunity and conflict. Scripture is clear: “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it” (Ps. 127:1). The question remains will we return to the Rock, or will our fall be great?
