The Ghosts of The Stanley Hotel - The Castro Files 4
from The Bar is Open with Beth and Greg Podcast · host thebarisopenwithbethandgreg
Welcome to The Castro Files. This week we share our story of visiting the haunted Stanley Hotel. The Stanely Hotel has quite the historic past, a 140-room Colonial Revival hotel in Estes Park, Colorado, United States, about five miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was built by Freelan Oscar Stanley of Stanley Steamer fame and opened on July 4, 1909, as a resort for upper-class Easterners and a health retreat for sufferers of pulmonary tuberculosis. There are many ghostly sightings throughout the hotel including the ball room and the smoking lounge. We share a handful of interesting photos in this podcast that you may find interesting. Is it dust and a smudge, or is it something more? We assure you we didn't alter these photos in any way. #thecastrofiles #thestanleyhotel #hauntedstanley https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Stanley_Hotel https://nightlyspirits.com/stanley-hotel-ghost-stories/ Beth's Instagram: @lamama07 Greg's Instagram: @greg_lamontagne You can also follow us on our other channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheBarisOpenwithBethandGreg/featured And check out the Instagram for all the photos from the podcast: https://www.instagram.com/the.castro.files/ Check out Minor League Studios for all the Merch and if you're interested in starting your own podcast. https://minorleaguestudios.com/
