The Gift of Administration - The ability to understand the vision, see the big picture; organize and mobilize others to help. "And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, prophets, teachers, miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administration, & varieties of tongues." — 1 Corinthians 12:28 1.
