His love for finance developed from childhood, as he noticed financial unpreparedness after the passing of his mother. In his mother's absence, Patrick perceived a blessing she left him from her background in accounting, which would later develop into his calling... the love for numbers. Mr. Pope graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Business Science and Finance, with a concentration in risk management. In Fall 2009, he pledged to a social fraternity and became the president of the chartered line of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. With the help of his brothers, he connected with community leaders on several community projects representing the principals of their organization. From this point in his life he would go on and work for BB&T bank in multiple departments.<br /><br />Patrick holds a multitude of investment licenses which consists of series 6,7,63, and 65. He also earned his designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), which required strenuous training regarding comprehensive financial planning for retirement preparation and execution. The ability to not only understand the complex strategies of investing, saving, and assessing risk, he now has the capability of teaching it to his clients.
