The Gospel of John Lesson 29: I Who Speak to You Am He Part 2 - 4:25-27

Continuing with His conversation with the Samaritan woman, Jesus makes a profound statement, “I who speak to you am He.” With this statement, Jesus is also making an undisputable claim that He is indeed the Son of God. We also are reminded of Jesus’ ultimate sovereignty as He demonstrates His supernatural control over time. Verse 27 is a great reminder for us that God is over all, even time. Too often, we think of God as not being on our time schedule, but really, we are just too impatient to wait for results.
