The complexities of the pandemic highlighted a need for creativity and innovation in skilled nursing human resources departments. At Loretto, a vast provider of senior care services in central New York, they’ve tapped into that vein by adding to traditional HR department roles.By creating a Learning, Development and Employee Experience office within the HR department, Loretto has been able to better keep its finger on the pulse of its 2,500-strong workforce.
