They have given up their inheritance by saying that the Jewish nation are God’s chosen people, not those who claim the name of Jesus (Jew and Gentile alike). So when you tell them the 3rd Temple is an act of open rebellion against Christ and His sacrifice, they feel like you have come against God and the Bible.
