from Tej Talks

What we cover:HMO Management (what goes into managing HMOs and get my plan of action / key tips)HMO Marketing (how they should present, capture and share content to rent rooms fast)HMO How To Rent (what tenants and landlords need to know / their key responsibilities) About Alex:"I became a HMO landlord at 20 years of age and self managed my own portfolio for 10 years while working as a marketing executive for construction companies. The reason I started self managing was because I was let down by other agents - calls not returned, maintenance not done and rent payments missed. At first, I thought it was just me, but I quickly realised that this was a systemic problem... It became clear that NO ONE was providing the specialist services I needed and the same was true for other investors and landlords I networked with. That’s why I built Babouris. The HMO Agency - a business where people of house shares can expect exceptional customer service, quality accommodation that’s well maintained, and proactive marketing to maintain high occupancy levels… and Babouris. The HMO Agency. was born. Since we launched we’ve grown into Cambridge’s recognised leaders for HMO lettings and management firm and the plan is to continue this strong growth. I continue to invest in my own HMOs and I’m lucky to work with many other great landlords to their market and manage their investments. "E  |  [email protected] | www.babouris.co.ukMy Education Courses Hosted on Acast.
