The healing power of Throat Chakra Activation with Kayla Diorio

This episode is apart of my Chakra interview series where I interview people that I find are a positive influence for each chakra point in the body. As a holistic healer and as of recent, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, I have found that learning about and removing the blocks in each chakra point really helps to bring in all desired changes in your life as well as the obvious HEALING. I had the amazing pleasure of connecting with a woman who I feel is a true soul sister here for me. We align in so many ways from the therapeutic and life coaching work that we do to the spiritual and energy healing we provide. We have been through a lot of the same childhood and adult trauma that led us to do the deep healing work so we can walk the path of healers here.  I intuitively chose to interview her on throat chakra healing and this interview was magic. Not only has she worked so hard on aligning her throat chakra, we dive into so many other ways healing has enhanced her life.  The throat chakra is where we speak from. In alignment, it allows us to speak our truth, express our emotions, release energy, live authentically, practice radical honesty, understanding, patience, and self-expression.  As therapists we assist others in utilizing their throat chakra to heal. Kayla was a blessing to talk to on how she has discovered the healing power within herself and now she can transfer this healing to others.
