The Healing Power of Yoga with Dawna Zimmer

When I (Melanie) first became a yoga teacher, I had to heal my relationship with my voice before I could effectively stand in front of a room of people and move them to their breath. Inside this episode, Dawna Zimmer shares pieces of her healing journey and the profound effect Yoga Nidra's had on her belief systems while working with "I am safe" as a compass back to herself.  After we were done talking, Dawna sent me this - The one thing to add, just personally, is that I turned a corner with nidra when I had been stuck at that same level of healing for a while.
