The healing process

The healing process is clearing away what obscures our realization and acceptance of the immensly powerful loveing beings we are.     We clear away obstacles to self acceptance/realization by accepting their existence and choosing not to participate with the false thoughts.  Some of my false thoughts whose existence I accept and choose not to act on include: I can't make the difference I wish to make in the world. No one is interested in  or values what I have to offer I am failing in life As part of the healing process, I compare those negative and false thoughts to reality.  I have thousands of podcasts downloaded in over 80 countries.  People wouldn't be listening to my podcasts if they didn't find value in doing so. The more the negative thoughts are weakened through acceptance of their existence and the choice not to act on them, the more I see and experience the immense power I have and the positive impact it is having in the world.
