About Troy Rice: From his 9-5 job, he transitioned into a strategy analyst type role, which gave him the flexibility to basically build culture programs. Within two and a half years within this organization, he was able to impact 700 employees. He ended up having the opportunity to lead and create a recognition program, a talent development program, a leadership development program, and then what most people were ecstatic about. Now, he owns an agriculture company and speaks in schools sharing his story. Do you love what you do? Do you wake up every day with extreme passion, drive, and have fulfillment in the things that you do?
