My Guest today on the podcast Is James Chang. James grew up in Hong Kong and studied Mathematics at University of Washington and completed his MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute. He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Business Administration. After many years spent in High Tech industriesJames has a business cultivating Microalgae for their nutritional elements. James believes that plant-based food is one of the building blocks to a sustainable future. A building block that is environmentally friendly, highly nutritious and sustainable.
