The Highlight Reel Episode 30: Roadside drug testing and first home grants

This week on The Highlight Reel everything from the price of chocolate to wasting money on a carwash just before it rains.  Simon started watching the Ashley Madison docuseries after being talked into it by James and he didn't like it. It gave him nightmares.  A couple of Government announcements got the phones ringing this week.
