The impact of library cuts; Football season preview

The city of Dallas budget deficit has forced the Dallas Public Library system to make some difficult choices about the programs it offers. Adult learning programs, including classes that teach English as a second language, are on the chopping block. For volunteer English teacher Kathy Wooten, the loss hits especially hard.
