The Importance of Neuro Diversity

In this audiojournal entry, I share what I've been up to this weekend, some of my struggles with establishing and sticking with habits, as well as a realization that I may perhaps ADHD... From this I talk about neuro diversity and how our society disables neuro-atypical people through biased cultural values and norms. I thus end with some solutions to how we can better welcome other neurological architectures as well as make society a more robust and diverse civilization.
