General Secretary Michelle Stanistreet tells the Media Show that a culture of fear kept most journalists from speaking out when they saw unethical practices over the last ten years. The new chair of the PCC, Lord Hunt, responds and Stewart Purvis, formerly of Ofcom, discusses the options.
