Welcome to our first show! I am so excited to be here and I feel like this is going to be an incredible journey. There is so much we can discuss around the topic of mid life, waking up, living our truth, becoming and being the person we want to be, learning from others and their stories - the conversations are really endless and I'm really thrilled to be here and am so excited for what is to come.
