    Lessons from an Anxiety Attack & Overwhelm

    This episode was interjected into what I had previously had planned because of an experience that I just had and I felt it was important to discuss. And that was an anxiety attack from overwhelm. I've only had one or two of these in the past but from it I was able to gain so much wisdom on how to shift and change parts of my life that were contributing to overwhelm.
