In today's episode, you'll discover:

1.  How inner clarity translates into better decisions in high-stakes environments?

2.  What is it about sound and devotional chanting that opens something in you that words and concepts can't reach?

3.  If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or at a crossroads, what is the single most accessible thing you can do today to access a deeper layer of knowing?

To support these three takeaways, I chose a quote from Shawn Mendez:
"It took me from a place of fear and anxiety to a place where I realized you can't get anywhere if you don't start with Compassion for yourself."

Exploring that difficulty is a favorite theme in this album.” Written alongside producer/bassist Robert Preston and keyboardist William Cameron, the track brings to mind the eclectic spirit of artists like Tom Waits, St. Vincent, and Norah Jones. In 2025, Clementine will expand her repertoire with Clem & Clearlight, a jazz-infused collection of nine tr Clinical relevance of awakening Lisa Dale Miller, LMFT David Vago, PhD and Lisa Dale Miller, LMFT, LPCC, SEP tackle the traditional Buddhist concept of "enlightenment" from their modern clinical points of view in a stimulating and fun discussion.
