In this time of global chaos, it can be frightening to tune-into the media. It's a balancing act between staying informed, discerning fact from hysteria, and maintaining your own sanity. So this week I want to shine a little light on my thoughts on the matter. Not in relation to politics, health care, or protocol, but rather taking on the perspective of how this global scenario is impacting our mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. How can we take this time of forced isolation and do what we can to seize this opportunity for re-alignment and returning to home, and love as much as possible?
