Welcome to the first episode of the Cosmic Healing podcast! In this episode, I share my own story of transformation through spiritual energy healing. Also, I delve into how I leaned into facilitating healing on an emotional, physical, spiritual level for myself, and now for my clients through the use of shamanic breathwork, energy healing and movement.
