The Journey to Loving and Respecting Your Body with Nichole Wurth

from The Ginni Show

It’s time to have a conversation about diet culture. I’ve been on many diets throughout my life so far, but I’ve found that almost every reason why people decide to start dieting just isn’t sustainable. The only diet that is sustainable: taking care of your body out of love and respect for yourself. That’s exactly the mindset of today’s guest: Nichole Wurth. Nichole is the founder of Wildly Alive. Her philosophy is that getting healthy isn’t about forcing your body into a certain shape, or to meet a number on a scale, or perfect your summer bod. Instead, it’s about the journey to loving and respecting yourself, and which will lead to a healthier and happier life. Throughout our conversation, Nichole shares about her own health journey, starting from her struggle to comparisonitis to where she is today as a health coach. She also shares about how she developed her effective morning routine over the course of 10 years, about the role that spirituality plays in her personal and professional life, as well as how her childhood influenced who she is today. Tune in to hear about Nichole’s journey to learning to love and respect her body, and how you can begin your journey as well. Some Questions I Ask:  - How did you get to where you are today?
