The journey to success in love, dating, and relationships- with Heidi Busche
from unreazon · host Kelcy Valletta
This episode is a FUN one! Heidi B sits down with me to talk all about her experience, stories, and advice in the love, dating, and relationship space. Her energy is HIGH, her tips are on FIRE, and her commitment to helping women is NEXT LEVEL. At the time of recording this episode, Heidi and I had not met yet in real life (hello connecting in 2020!) but just this past weekend, I got to meet Heidi in person at the Powerhouse Women event in Scottsdale, Arizona and join in recognizing her for hitting 10 years sober! This woman is a rockstar!Heidi Busche is a speaker, author, and relationship expert. Her first book, Relationship Ready: How I Stopped Fucking Randos and Started Cupcaking my Soulmate is available now on Amazon and Audible. After years of striking out with guy after guy, Heidi finally bottomed out with men and relationships, and she became willing to do some work. The soul-level work that she did, completely transformed her perspective on the accessibility of love and relationships. And she realized that other women might need these tools, too. In 2018, Heidi left that cubicle life in order to write her book and to pursue her passion, helping women identify and change painful patterns in their relationships. In this episode we talk about:Celebrating 10 years of sobrietyHow alcohol influenced her idea of sexyHow the entertainment industry influenced our ideas of sex and relationshipsDoing the work on herself to stop seeking outside validation from menHelping women in the love, dating, and relationship spaceHeidi’s 4 Availability Tips in datingHallmarks of emotional availabilitySEXYCONNECT WITH HEIDI BUSCHEInstagram: @heidibcoachingPodcast: The Heidi B ShowBook: Relationship Ready: How I Stopped Fucking Randos and Started Cupcaking my Soulmate CONNECT WITH KELCY AND FIND YOUR SEXY:www.findyoursexy.coInstagram: @kelcyvalletta
