The Judicial Supremacists are Disciples of Dred Scott, not Abraham Lincoln Ep. 275

In this episode, I continue the long-running discussion on the true role of the judiciary and who has the final say in constitutional interpretation. I demonstrate the absurdity of how everyone on both sides seems to think the courts are king. It creates a self-fulfilling political crisis with each judicial nomination. I show how this is not the way our Founders created the system, nor does it have to continue being this way. My solution is to return jurisdiction over the most partisan political issues in the federal courts to state courts. I explain why this is still in line with the founding view and the practice in our early years and give three reasons why it is superior to the status quo.
