The King is Coming!
from Wear Scriptures with Dionne Cameron Hosted by Dionne Cameron
Two thousand years ago, Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey. The crowds welcomed him by spreading their garments on the road ahead of Him. They even cut palm branches and scattered them on the street. They shouted and welcomed Jesus as the King who comes in the name of the LORD. The people had seen all the great miracles that Jesus had performed, and they were convinced that He was their promised Messiah and King. However, the religious leaders hated Jesus and they had Him arrested and crucified. But, on the third day, God resurrected Him from the dead and He is alive forevermore. After Jesus revealed himself to His disciples, He returned to his original position in heaven. However, He promised that he would return to earth soon.
