The route is more dangerous than they expected as they are surrounded by multiple intelligent infected stalkers. Luckily Jesse found their plans at the theatre and he gets there in time to save them. But as they leave they are chased down by W.L.F. members and hide out in a local park. Unfortunately the park is overrun by Seraphites who capture and ritually kill another member of the W.L.F.The Seraphites injure Dina with an arrow to the leg, so Ellie finds a way to distract them while Jesse gets her to safety.After escaping the Seraphites Ellie makes her own way into the Lakehill hospital, without support and locates Nora. But she makes a run for it to escape Ellie, but ends up down a dead end. Nora must lead her to basement level 2, an area of the hospital closed off after cordyceps became airborne.
