He joined the family business in 1993 and taught for 5 years before going into the administrative side of things in 2000. After 2003 both he and Blair took over the daily operations of the college from their father Barry Chapman. Rich is passionate about helping adult learners reach their goals and making sure all technology within the college operates smoothly. He is married to his wife Andrea for twenty years who is retired and has two daughters Avery and Dillon (18 and 31) one of whom is completing her Graphic Design Diploma at the college and the other who is working in Social work for the Government of Saskatchewan. He is a proud grandpa to his 15 monthly old grandson Kayce and enjoys spending summers at their northern cottage in Prince Albert National Park. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, technology and travelling to warm climates
