The Lessons of 2019

from Video Visibility with Alicia · host Alicia Henderson

2020 is here and I'm excited to see the growth I'll have this year.  Before I plan, launch or create new programs, I like to do an audit review of the previous year so that I make sure I don't repeat the same mistakes or have the same problems I had the year before. In 2019 I had life-changing events that took place and because of the events I had to reevaluate my business, what I wanted from it and how I can operate at the fullest potential that I can as a Powerhouse CEO. In this episode I'm sharing: When to know what's not working and what is working within your business model Why it's important to give yourself GRACE Why you cannot solely rely on social media to grow your business  How I will tackle being consistent in 2020 Each year I do a review and 2019 was full of lessons that I'll remember.  By sharing my lessons I hope you can take something from it.   Let's continue this conversation in my free private community the Empirenista Business Incubator Community on Facebook.
