He has been through it all from dial-up internet, DSL, cellular, to when high-speed internet took off. He gives us his insight on how you can understand and work with the territorial sales person who doesn't want to give up control over their client. Carson explains the path that Microsoft transitioned to the new market while expanding to nearly 50 technology centers worldwide.
