The Man With The Golden Phaser (DS9 S4 : E10 "Our Man Bashir")

With one character definitely playing a spy who loves him, our trusty duo may not have a license to kill anyone, but they will definitely will prove that on Deep Space Nine, it's no time to die (in the holosuite). Also Peter does not like Bond movies.
