The Mayo Clinic Sets the Standard for GF Hospital Food

Hospitals have been historically bad about accommodating the gluten free diet safely. Now, the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is opening a gluten free kitchen for staff and visitors, followed by an inpatient gluten free menu late July.
