Sarah founded Story Coach - a Career Coaching and Training Consultancy in early 2020. Sarah helps people to become the hero of their own story through workshop facilitation, training and coaching. She has trained over 1,000 people in previous roles before starting her own business. Sarah has also undertaken Equality Training with Equality and Diversity UK to underpin her passion for equality in the workplace. She is particularly driven by the impact of the mental load on business.  Sarah brings a blend of empathy, passion, and rigour to both her coaching and training programmes.
