The Mental Warfare From the Second Heaven. Our First and Second Heaven Interactions.

Where is the origin of the mental warfare by which we are being unmercifully attacked by Satan and his demons every day? It comes from the second heaven. Are there three heavens in our Creation? How do they interact with us and us with them? What is the second heaven and why does it affect our lives?
