The Ministry of Health and the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force partner to strengthen Workplace Security

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition, in collaboration with the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force, has commenced a series of Situational Awareness Workshops aimed at strengthening workplace safety and preparedness among healthcare personnel. The workshop introduced participants to key principles of situational awareness, emphasizing the importance of observing and interpreting environmental cues, assessing varying levels of risk, and applying appropriate responses to safeguard both staff and patients. This initiative forms part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to promoting a safe, secure, and responsive healthcare environment across Saint Lucia.
