Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, and state and federal programs coordinator. Having experienced the challenges of navigating an alternative certification program herself, Dr. Boothe is passionate about helping new teachers succeed. She specializes in guiding them through Texas teacher certification while building confidence in areas such as classroom management, time management, content knowledge, and achieving a healthy work-life balance.
