A Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), Dr. Inclán is recognized nationally for his commitment to leadership excellence and innovation. He also serves in leadership roles with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE)Leadership Innovation Subcommittee and ACT-IAC's Talent Community of Interest**, helping shape the future of federal leadership and workforce development. With a distinguished career spanning the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Departments of Transportation and Agriculture and the National Science Foundation Dr. Inclán brings decades of experience leading organizations, developing people, and driving meaningful change across the federal government. He holds degrees from William Paterson University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Creighton University.
