The narcissist has two faces and are constantly at work to be able to control you, break you down, and then discard you. It's a daily job for them. Your job is to gain as much knowledge as you can about the personality disorder. Protect your peace. Once you're aware, you'll understand your job description. Stop giving up your power. Take your power back. Go greyrock. Have minimal conversation. Only talk as necessary.
