The New Year: Time To Surrender

Welcome to: Trust The Process, with Claudia. Welcome back into this new calendar year and straight into this Full Moon energy which I am feeling strongly! It's a true delight to be back recording again, expressing myself through my throat Chakra and connecting to my heart through the words and energy that is felt through me. In this episode I talk a little about what this New Year is really meaning for me as it unfolds, and how I think guides in the collective "should" be approaching the incessantly talked-about topic of the new year. I delve into the emotionally-charged meaning behind this Full Moon in Cancer and what we can all be doing Right Now to conserve our energies at a time when we are being bombarded with opinions, 30-second inspiration and well-intentioned yet distracting advice. A controversial viewpoint, but one that I was called to share as I feel like so many of us in the world of Spirituality are seeking Peace and Presence as this new year begins, and we need tools to help bring ourselves back to our centres so that we can navigate this time for ourselves, without any external noise, not a new wave of unsolicited counselling and opinions that pull us back from sitting with our own Truth during this extremely potent time that has the capacity to wildly influence our energetic states as we settle in to the second week of this "year".
