THE OFFICE OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND HUMAN SERVICES (The Green New Deal GNW is being implemented without congressional funding)

President Biden's presentation to the United Nations was rote and uninspiring since he read what the speech writer put on his teleprompter.  From this it is obvious that he is a puppet for the progressive contingent standing in the wings.  The new Office of Climate Change and Human Services is insinuating that they can fix tornados with their climate change restrictions on carbon usage.  It's the yellow brick road administration with President Biden playing the Wizard of Oz, Vice Wizard Kamala Harris playing Dorothy on the run from the Trump's Russian made tornados. Sanders the Lion and Obama the Tinman, Nancy Pelosi leading the House of Cards in line to be the next Oz, Chuckie Schumer leading the Senate of Shards in line to be the next Oz to the speech writers Lizzy Warren, AOC, Adam Schiff, Jerry Adler running the marvelous Land of Oz. Ironically, this 1939 exodus by Dorothy (Harris) to the land of Oz, likens the Biden's VP being the czar of preventing acts of God disasters by the running the Office of Climate Change and Humans Services bent on saving the Planet Earth from itself.  Can you imagine had hard it will be since she hasn't even visited or stopped open borders by giving out promises to fix the root cause of refugees wanting a piece of the American pie. Instead, she's offering to pay them to stay in Central America and work for the drug cartels there rather than for those same cartels in the USA. This was without even visiting the horrible humanitarian violations caused by the Wizard and his cast of liberal do-gooders and bleeding hearts for the illegal immigrants from all over the world being patriated with promises of amnesty at the rate of 200,000 per month and 2 million per year.  This scenario is garnering the Oz behind the shadow administration's record lows in the poles for lack of honesty in causing problems rather than solving them. Or the Afghanistan Islamic crisis and open borders policy of the Biden administration, using sanctuary cities as the refugee destination, that will likely embed terrorists and/or drug dealers in our overcrowded crime infected inner cities or small border communities such as Del Rio Texas. This is complicated by the disastrous exodus from Afghanistan where the Taliban take over will cause hundreds of thousands of refugees wanting to come to America illegally, without vetting, and become the new homeless, living amid filth, excrement and disease on our nation's urban sidewalks or in tent cities. "The price of Panic" per Jay Richards in his article says he would expect this new Climate Change office to start promoting restrictions on ordinary activities that invoke the use of energy and hydrocarbons.  In fact, that seems to be the reason for the Office in the first place. For example, 750,000 Americans face eviction due to the Supreme court decision to block the Biden administration Covid-19 foreclosure moratorium with another 3.5 million behind on their rent.  How will the funding of the new Climate Change Agency and the Green New deal handle the fear of American citizens losing jobs, housing and livelihood due to closed small businesses and 2 to 3 million low paid immigrant workers needing jobs? Also, there is a proposal in the Office and the Green New Deal (GND) of having Personal Carbon Allowances for each American using a computer app to track carbon producing habits similar to the apps used by insurance companies to track driving habits with the promise of reduced insurance rates. The strategy of the GND and the transformational Biden administration is to remove the risk-taking culture of our Americans by taking away freedoms using fear and tax credits.  The GND theory is, for the greater good, we can have accident-free electric autos and clean air to breathe, regardless of science, by controlling the risk-taking habits of the majority of hard-working enterprising Americans.
