The one with Jane Brindley

In todays episode  I was joined by Jane Brindley from @confidentridingscotland . Jane is a confidence and mindset coach and deals with riders at all levels.   Jane explains how she helps her clients overcome their confidence issues with a range of techniques, which was really interesting to hear all of the different approaches she covers.   We also spoke about her change in career from NHS midwife to the journey of becoming a newly self employed coach and the emotions that come along with it , to then only earlier this month, sell out a confidence workshop she is hosting  in  just 24 hours.
