What did you think of this episode, any thoughts? In this episode, I reflect on the importance of having people in your corner. We often hear about self-improvement as something we have to do on our own: become more disciplined, stay motivated, build better habits, and become the best version of ourselves. But the reality is that we are human, and none of us feels our best every day. That's where having the right people around you can make a difference. But finding the right people starts with knowing yourself. I explore how understanding values like integrity, loyalty, love, support, and how you want to be treated can make it easier to recognize those qualities in other people. When you've lived those values yourself, you become more capable of recognizing them when they show up in someone else.Self-improvement also isn't about being happy every single day. Life naturally comes with ups and downs, and I question whether it's really better to go through all of those experiences alone. And while finding someone who truly sees you can feel harder these days, it isn't impossible.-Grab your Enough Said Icebreakers to have thought-provoking conversations at www.therallycry.comSupport the show
