The pain of adhesions

Despite my best efforts I haven't been able to completely let go of my attachment to thinking that the physical world is the real total world   Hanging on to that false reality has ultimately now resulted in a physical manifestation of nerve adhesion and pain.  Pain is having the effect of forcing me to focus my attention on doing things that are going to release my attachment to false understandings    Please share your comments to [email protected]     My books are available on Amazon..
