The Part of Healing That No One Talks About: The Transition Phase

from Creative Weirdo

When setting yourself out on a journey to feel your best, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the challenges that arise from looking inner and facing your problems head-on. With that, you must not misconstrue times of challenge for times for weakness. It takes great strength to even be able to acknowledge that there is work to be done. It takes resilience to acknowledge the glimpse of hope inside your soul (however small, however hidden) and even more to lean into that new way of living. To allow that hope to bring you to new perspectives that awaken your subconscious mind. To unleash all of the limiting beliefs that we have been holding onto for so long, choosing to repeat cycles of despair. Today's episode is here to remind you that just because something is challenging, that doesn't imply that you are not capable of conquering it. This very challenge might just be what changes everything. That is... only if you let it. Key concepts covered in this episode:Stepping back into your powerTransitional periods of growthReclaiming your powerPeace, presence, gratitude, trust, alignment, etc.Other people's affect on our emotionsJournal prompts for this episode:What is the most prominent emotion that is surfacing lately?
