The People’s Court Murder: Former Fiancé Arrested 15 Years After Woman’s Disappearance On Day Of TV Appearance

Orlando police have arrested and charged 55-year-old Dale Smith Jr with second degree murder, 15 years after his ex-fiancé Michelle Parker disappeared. Parker was last seen on November 17th, 2011, the very day the couple was featured on ‘The People’s Court,' arguing over a $5,000 engagement ring. Parker dropped off their then three-year-old twins at Smith’s home, and has never been seen again; her body has never been found.
