When software developers create a new product they go through several distinct stages that help them stay focused, productive and delay commitment. The latter is hugely important as you must be able to pivot, and respond to changes. In the end, it is always about making a better product.In personal development, you are the product or focus and making changes, and growing is a big part of the process.
