'The Perspectivest' || BILL MATTHEWS

from Beyond Recovery™ Hosted by Matt Gardiner

I'm a 56-year-old father of two. I have 5 grandchildren. I've been married for 31 years. I got sober at 21 so I'm coming up on 35 years. Sobriety for me goes beyond just not drinking. It includes freeing yourself from the victim mentality and the stories that have held us back from living our best life. I'm passionate about helping others. This has led me to become a holistic lifestyle coach. Helping others achieve their goals. Mentally, Physically and spiritually. I'm also an avid long-distance runner. Currently training for a 100-mile trail race in Lake Tahoe on July 15th. I'm a certified Level 2 and an O23 Level 1 coach. I'm committed to building my skills to better serve others. My clients range from those just focused on fitness to those who want to work primarily on mindset. My IG and Facebook page are both @Sprtulbil I also have an additional page @the_perspectivest
