Chris is a University of Michigan, graduate who studied in Japan Missionary - Japanese Language & Culture When matriculating at the University of Michigan, Chris discovered a desire to write creatively. In his senior year, he discovered that he could meld the disciplines of human biological behavior with philosophy, and, as such, he produced a research paper proposing a relationship among the concept of beauty, behavioral evolution, and mankind’s will to survive. While studying abroad, Chris discovered that he could readily define philosophical concepts upon graduation. In Japan, he produced the initial draft of his first book, The Nature of Aesthetics. Upon returning to the U.S., he finished the manuscript and subsequently produced 4 more works, which he self-published and are available in paperback, Kindle & audio formats, wherever books are sold. Chris’ books are known as the Detmar-Haskell Dialogues.
